Epic is led by Mark West who has been focused on residential and resort real estate project sales for over 20 years. Mark has been and continues to be involved with all aspects of community planning and design, strategic marketing, sales and sales operations management. His deep understanding of project marketing comes from experience gained while working his way from sales to Vice President of Resort Sales USA with Maverick Real Estate Corporation, Vice President of Real Estate for Kirkwood Mountain Resort CA, Durango Mountain Resort CO and Spanish Peaks in Big Sky MT. Mark has been involved with over 35 projects with sales in excess of $1billion. Epic is a licensed Real Estate brokerage in British Columbia and California.
