As the Sales Manager, your primary role is to guide the sales team to ensure the efficient and effective execution of the sales program to meet or exceed our sales performance targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also lead the operation of the sales center, including overseeing and mentoring your sales support team. This also includes close coordination with the marketing team assigned to your project thereby ensuring appropriate utilization and management of the sales tools and equipment.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactive follow-up with prospects and Realtors to drive sales for the project
- Provide input on marketing, design, pricing and inventory management
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of required sales reports
- Oversee the management of the CRM database to ensure the information is accurate and up to date
- Manage the implementation and updating of project MLS listings
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with other team members to ensure the effective execution of the sales program
- Work closely with the internal team to continuously improve the operations of the project and assist with the set up and coordination of special events
- Attend all required team meetings and sales training sessions, provide feedback on traffic, buyer profiles, key objections, areas of improvement, etc.
- Monitor industry competition, follow current developments and provide feedback as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations for communication sent out and/or activities performed by the sales team
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- BC Real Estate Trading Services Licensing
- Demonstrated proficiency in working in a team dynamic, motivating sales teams and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Energetic and professional. Natural at developing relationships and working with clients and colleagues
- Outgoing and personable attitude
- Ability to manage competing priorities, workflow and deadlines
- Exceptional prospecting, sales, communication and closing skills
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with a positive attitude
- Experience with Lasso, HubSpot or Avesdo would be an asset
