Edgecombe Builders Group continue to develop their own brand of small, space living developments called SOLE. Following in the footsteps of the sold out SOLE Kelowna (1290 St. Paul Street, Kelowna) and SOLE Downtown (1350 St. Paul Street, Kelowna), Edgecombe Builders are now bringing SOLE to 1083 KLO Road, Kelowna, just steps from the Pandosy Village District.
The three-storey, 40-unit residential community is located directly across the street from Okanagan College Kelowna Campus and a short walking distance to the services and amenities of Pandosy Village.
