Our marketing and sales team generated over 3,000 qualified leads in 90 days, leading to the record-breaking 72-hour sellout of Boardwalk at Sokana in 2023. We achieved the highest price per square foot for a wood frame project in Penticton to date, which exceeded our developer partner’s goal, making Sokana Penticton’s fastest-selling community.

Sole Cawston, Downtown Kelowna
Sole Cawston was Epic’s first sales launch in 2022 and our team generated significant interest in this downtown project that facilitated a sellout in just one week. Through effective yield management, we were able to achieve another record for a wood frame condo project in downtown Kelowna, surpassing our developer partner’s pricing goals by almost 20%.
