Mark West

Founder, Managing Broker

Epic is led by Mark West, who has over 30 years of residential, commercial and recreational real estate project marketing and sales expertise. Mark continues to be involved with all aspects of community planning and design, strategic marketing, sales and sales operations management. His deep understanding of project marketing comes from experience gained while working his way from the sales floor to Vice President of Resort Sales USA with Maverick Real Estate Corporation, Vice President of Real Estate for Kirkwood Mountain Resort CA, Durango Mountain Resort CO and Spanish Peaks in Big Sky MT. Mark has been involved with 40 projects with sales in excess of $1.2 billion. Mark is a Board Director for the Urban Land Institute and Habitat for Humanity. Epic is a licensed Real Estate brokerage in British Columbia. 

Paige Hamilton

Project Manager

Paige has 10 years’ experience in real estate sales and marketing. She started her real estate career with Polygon Homes and moved to Kelowna in 2012 to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at the University of British Columbia. While attending school, she worked with a small real estate marketing team that designed and executed marketing campaigns for agents and developers across North America. She then went on to spend some time working in Kelowna’s tech industry, managing and executing marketing initiatives through strategic partnership with organizations such as Disney, ABC, NY Times, MTV, and Bell Media. As a project manager with Epic, Paige’s background and expertise brings a new and unique perspective to our sales and marketing strategies. She is tech savvy and up to date with the latest technologies to help accelerate your project needs in today’s fast pace sales environment.

Sally Carmichael

Marketing Director

As marketing director, Sally Carmichael works closely with the Epic team to identify and execute cost-effective and results-driven marketing initiatives to meet the needs of Epic’s unique clients and developments. Beginning her career in the early ’90’s with Intrawest, Sally has amassed 20 years of sales and marketing expertise with a focus on lifestyle and recreation based real estate and development. In 2009, Sally joined Epic following her success as the Director of Sales and Marketing of Real Estate with Revelstoke Mountain Resort, overseeing $60 million in real estate sales over 18 months. Sally takes a ‘hand-on’ approach with every Epic project, from supplier management to budget tracking to on-the-ground installation of marketing assets as required. In keeping with the Epic philosophy, Sally works closely with the team to develop new and innovative marketing and communications solutions to successfully propel the sale of our client’s products to today’s savvy real estate investor.

Corinne Chiasson

Marketing Coorindator

Corinne brings a wide range of creative and technical skills to Epic. She has approx. 10 years of experience working in the real estate industry specializing in marketing & admin. She has a strong creative background with a solid understanding of graphic design, social media, writing, and visual media. She took various Bachelor of Arts and creative writing course studies at Douglas College, and earned a Digital Film and Video diploma at the Art Institute of Vancouver. After school, she started her experience in real estate working for a small realty company in Vancouver. When she moved to Kelowna in 2013, she began her marketing career as an intern and worked her way up to marketing coordinator for a local digital real estate marketing company. With her combined experiences she is thrilled to bring forth her talents and knowledge to coordinate aspects of marketing and admin for the Epic team.

Luke Menkes

Associate Broker, Property Specialist

Luke has over 20 years experience in all aspects of real estate, including sales, property management, construction and development. Originally from Toronto, he has lived in 4 different countries and has called Kelowna his home since 2011. In June 2018 Luke launched the I Love Kelowna podcast, an interview-style talk show featuring local entrepreneurs, thought leaders and creative types. The podcast is available on your favourite platform; just search for “I Love Kelowna” in your favourite podcast app. In 2016, Luke was selected to appear as a contestant for 9 episodes on the reality TV show, Seller’s Market. In September 2017 he was a guest on the Canada-wide real estate radio show At Home. Luke is a licensed as an Associate Broker and REALTOR® in British Columbia and is a member of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board. He lives in Kelowna with his partner Kara, two daughters, two stepdaughters, two cats and a guinea pig. 

Maureen Cousins

Property Specialist

Maureen brings over two decades of experience specializing in new home sales and development to the Epic team. She has a background in Business Management with a focus on negotiation and project management. Maureen joined Epic in 2015 following a successful career with Dilworth Homes where she earned four Tommie Awards for outstanding sales and customer service. To date her sales portfolio includes notable communities such as ONE Water Street, 1151 Sunset Drive, SOLE, Green Square, Dilworth Mountain Estates, South Ridge & Stonebridge in the Upper Mission. Outside of real estate development Maureen has a passion for volunteering and supporting vulnerable, at risk youth and the marginalized throughout the world. She is a board member for HER International and an active supporter of Freedoms Door and Kelowna Gospel Mission. Maureen is a licensed REALTOR® and a member of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board.

Deborah Landon

Property Specialist

With a work history steeped in hospitality and customer service, Deb decided to pursue her real estate license and begin working in a field she had great passion for and which allowed her to utilize and combine her skill-sets. Having grown up in the Okanagan, Deb offers her clients local knowledge along with 15 years of real estate experience. She also has experience in Central America Resort Real Estate, having spent time in Costa Rica working in two of the finest luxury golf resorts. She then opened her own Boutique real estate brokerage, catering to affluent North Americans in search of vacation and investment properties. After 11 years of beach, sun and sand she returned home to utilizes her International Real Estate experience in assisting local and out of country clients and families in sell and secure their own residence in the beautiful Okanagan!

Andrea moved from Vancouver to Kelowna in 2013 with a Degree in Human Resources & Marketing Management. She has been a Licensed Realtor since 2010, specializing in new development project sales. Prior to joining Epic’s ONE Water Street Sales Team, she has worked on projects in Kelowna such as Green Square, The Gate, and GableCraft Homes. She is an incredibly versatile Property Specialist and well versed in all aspects of project sales including customer service, marketing and administration. Andrea is a multifaceted individual with a wide array interest and abilities. Her strong sales skills along with her positive spirit makes her a valuable asset to the Epic Team. As a continuous learner, Andrea always strives to set the bar higher in all areas of life. In her spare time, she spends time blogging and working on the development of her online business. She is passionate about personal health and wellness, self-development, and travel.
